Does the Hair Spa include a hair style?

​

No, the hair spa does not include a hair style. If you would like to have your hair blow dryed straight, straightened or diffused, please see "styling options" on the "Book" page and add your selection to the cart.

2.

Parking?

​

The hair spa is located in a cul-de-sac, feel free to park in the front on the driveway or along the street. There's only one other office that uses street parking, so there will be plenty of secure parking available.

3.

Accessibility?

​

At this time, the spa is located on the second floor of the business. Please do not book if you are not able to safely climb one flight of stairs.

Policy

  • Deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance is due at the time of service.

  • Late Arrival: There will be a 10 minute grace period, however if you are over 10 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled.

​

  • Rescheduling/Canceling: Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. I understand in some instances this will not be possible. If you do not call or show up to the appointment, you may not be permitted to book again as I would like to be fair to other clients waiting to experience the hair spa. Contact me at info@happyhumanity.co to notify of any scheduling issues.

  • Phone usage is highly discouraged as the spa is a relaxing environment

  • No extra persons will be permitted to wait in any areas of the building, so please plan accordingly.

​

  • If during the consultation, it is determined that your scalp needs medical attention your deposit will be refunded and services will be denied until resolved.
